I'm confused who is Rachel?!

OK details are important in a story. Why did the Nanny's name change to Rachel, back to Stephanie, back to Rachel and back to Stephanie again? There are also a lot of typos or just plain bad grammar in this story too. And WHO spanks a 22 year old? And by a nanny who is only 6 yrs older than her?? Not a very believable story.
