Wow I really enjoyed that one. I saw the part 1 in the title, but to be honest it also works just fine as a oneshot. He defends Cheryl from the bull she's been hearing for years, then goes to eat, ignores the ex and gets over the thoughts that had been ingrained in him since freshman year.

Interested where else it will go but satisfied already.

I thought I liked your stories, but after the last few I think I love your stories. This one probably deserves 8, 9, maybe 10 stars, but I could only give 5. Just know, it deserves more.

Enjoyed it, kids can be so cruel to someone for being overweight, or for having bad eyesight.

Nice. A deviation from your usual. One mean girl, confused guy, and an outcast girl. Nobody cheated, was burned, or punched. Nobody got rich or went broke. Just a guy who figured out what mattered to him, and that superficial people don’t matter. I like it.

As a storyteller I think you are getting better and better. 5 stars from me and I'm already impatient for chapter 2.
